Policy Overview

At Lymow, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. We provide a 30-day return & refund policy for all orders placed on Lymow's official website. In the event of a conflict between the English version and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
By using your Lymow product, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use your Lymow product.

Order Cancellation

For in-stock products, we accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. For pre-order products, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or production begins, subject to Lymow’s instructions regarding specific pre-order products on the Lymow Store.
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of placing the order and the order is unshipped, no fees will be charged.
If the order is canceled after 24 hours of placing the order and the order is unshipped, we will charge a transaction fee for the refund.
If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. You will need to apply for a return and refund after receiving the product. Any shipping costs, return shipping fees, or additional handling charges incurred in this process will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns within 30 days. You may request a return at any time within 30 days of delivery, provided one of the following conditions is met:
  • Non-quality-related returns: The product must be complete, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Charges
Non-quality-related returns: For returns requested due to non-quality reasons, please note that the following cost responsibilities will apply and be processed during the refund:
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping of the product back to our warehouse.
  • Fee Deductions: Transaction fees (charged by the payment gateway) and return service fees will be calculated and deducted from your total refund amount. Return service fees are applied to cover inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and handling costs. Final deductions are subject to the product condition assessed by the Lymow After-Sales Center upon receipt.

*Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the final amount you receive may be slightly different from the original refund amount.
  • Shipping Protection Policy: For orders with purchased additional shipping protection, please note that this is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

In the following situations, Lymow will provide technical support, replacement, and replacement parts

  • Quality-related cases: Lymow has confirmed that the product cannot be used due to product quality issues.

Return Requests Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Situations

× The return request is submitted more than 30 days after the date of delivery
× The returned products are incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to artificial reasons.
× Collisions caused by non-product quality problems, as well as product quality problems caused by unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, and improper use not in accordance with the official instructions.
× The product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc., have been tampered with or removed.
× Products damaged due to uncontrollable events such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident, etc.
× The item is not shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

How to Return

To request a refund, please contact us at service@lymow.com. We will review your request to confirm whether your order is eligible for return in 2-5 business days. After confirming your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please confirm the return address before sending back, and make sure all components and accessories are included in the original package.

Return and Refund Processing Time

Please kindly note that after your product is returned and signed for by Lymow's warehouse, our staff still needs some time to check whether the product meets the return and refund criteria, which may take 3-7 working days. After the inspection is completed and confirmed to meet the return and refund criteria, we will issue you a refund and notify you. Depending on your payment method, your refund may take up to 15 working days to be returned to your account. If you have any questions during this period, please contact your payment institution.
